Why does the Veterans' Foundation support Armed Forces Community HQ?
Armed Forces Community HQ are a not-for-profit organisation established in 2018 to provide a safe space for the Armed Forces Community to belong, become socially included and access better life chances as they unite our community, inspire access to positive activities that impact health and wellbeing and support our community to achieve better life chances.
Armed Forces Community HQ offer a host of activities and programmes, delivered on site and in the community by peers with lived experience that provides advice, guidance and support to veterans, their families and carers as a shining beacon of hope.
How you can support the Veterans' Foundation
The Veterans’ Foundation has provided grants to hundreds of UK-based military charities and organisations since its inception in 2016. It is dedicated to distributing funding to where it is most effective and millions of pounds have been given to projects that have a positive impact on British veterans, and their dependents, in need.
