Why does the Veterans' Foundation support Armed Forces Para-Snowsport Team (AFPST)?
The Armed Forces Para-Snowsport Team (AFPST) are an independent service charity, which exist to support the recovery of our wounded, injured and sick military personnel and veterans. Having served their country, it is now up to them to ensure they are not forgotten. The AFPST aim to foster a sense of purpose, encourage success and re-build self-confidence using the transformative power of para-snowsports. By motivating, engaging and inspiring athletes to help restore their physical and mental health.
How you can support the Veterans' Foundation
The Veterans’ Foundation has provided grants to hundreds of UK-based military charities and organisations since its inception in 2016. It is dedicated to distributing funding to where it is most effective and millions of pounds have been given to projects that have a positive impact on British veterans, and their dependents, in need.
