We’re improving our Grant-Making processes

Since being established in 2016, the Veterans’ Foundation has increased its grant giving substantially year on year.  To ensure, that we continue to deliver an efficient and professional grant making provision, we are installing a new Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). These improvements will make it easier for applicants to apply online and for grantees to submit monitoring reports.

Whilst our new system is being embedded into our work practices, we will close our existing application portal for new applications from 8th August 2023.

Our new Grant Making System is set to go live in early September and the closing date for our Autumn funding round will remain the same, 23rd October 2023, with the outcome of applications to be notified mid-December 2023.

As part of this package of grant making improvements, we will also be updating our guidance and revising our eligibility criteria so please be sure to read our guidance prior to making an application, even if you have previously received funding. We look forward to continuing working with our existing grantees and those who are new to the Veterans' Foundation.
