The Veterans’ Lottery’s latest £5,000 winner is Steve Purdy from Sudbury – a huge congratulations to Steve!
July’s first prize winner is the latest in a long line of success stories in the Veterans’ Lottery, the lotto that makes a life-changing difference to British veterans in need.
With 42 different prizes to be won every month, ranging from £120 to a huge £50,000 if the rollover jackpot is won, it’s no wonder the Veterans’ Lottery is one of the fastest growing charitable lotteries in the UK.
Our second prize winner in July, taking home a tidy £2,000, was Debbie Parker from Faversham.
“All veterans need to be cared for and supported, and I feel I am helping them by playing the Veterans’ Lottery,” she explained.
“I still can’t believe I’ve won second prize.”
When asked about why she started to play the Veterans’ Lottery, Debbie said: “My grandad was in the Forces and was always telling us stories. He died this year aged 99!”
And what would she be doing with her winnings?
“We have just moved so we will be putting the money towards new kitchen flooring and an American fridge freezer.”
A further 40 lucky players bagged the £120 third prize in July’s draw and the rollover jackpot for August’s draw is still a massive £50,000, so make sure you’re in the hat for the next draw.
Don’t forget, you can have up to five entries in the Veterans’ Lottery, so to maximise your chances of winning and provide more vital support to ex-servicemen and women in need, play today!
