The Veterans’ Foundation is offering another series of major grants of between £100,000 and £200,000 in 2025.
The charity launched its Major Grants Funding Programme in 2024 and awarded eight grants to charities it identified as having a clear track record of delivering meaningful impact and with evidenced outcomes for the armed forces community, or where the case was particularly strong and the benefits closely aligned with the VF's objectives.
Grants could fund salaries for key workers, equipment or programmes to improve the services available to aid beneficiaries.
Applications must be submitted by 28th February and will undergo a rigorous due diligence process.
Since inception in 2016 the Veterans’ Foundation has awarded more than 1,000 grants to nearly 500 charities. Its main fundraising vehicle is the Veterans’ Lottery, the largest single-charity lottery in the UK.
The organisation now awards grants from a few hundred pounds to £200,000.
